Since 2017, we have been offering motorhome rentals. We currently work with Roadsurfer, which is one of the largest providers on the market. Roadsurfer runs three rental locations in Sweden. Of course, you can also rent Roadsurfer vehicles in Germany, France, Italy or England and drive them to Sweden and Northern Europe.
The rental stations in Sweden are located in the cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
Arrival by plane
The rental stations are easily accessible from Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport and Gothenburg’s Landvetter Airport. Copenhagen Airport, the largest in Northern Europe, is convenient for Malmö.
There are regular airport buses in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. Airport trains also run in Stockholm and Copenhagen.
Arrival by car
Alternatively, you can travel with your own car. The Gothenburg rental station is particularly convenient for this, as you can arrive on the Stena Line ferry from Kiel in Germany in the morning and be well rested when you pick up your motorhome.
Eight vehicle sizes
Eight vehicle sizes are available in Sweden, ranging from campervans and vans to semi-integrated motorhomes.
Fully equipped
The motorhomes are new and well equipped. This also includes camping equipment.
Why book in Sweden?
- If you rent your motorhome in Sweden, you will get more out of your holiday here. When renting on the European continent, for example, you will usually lose two to four days of the precious rental time by getting to and from Sweden.

This snapshot was taken at a petrol station in Karlstad Bergvik. Was this a chance encounter? Or were the two travelling together?
During my three years travelling in a van, I also saw Roadsurfer vehicles several times in winter. Here in Landskrona Borstahusen. A German couple was on their way to the winter market in Jokkmokk with the vehicle.
