Malmö Live is a congress centre and top-class concert hall, together with new apartment buildings, offices and a hotel. All is situated in the heart of the city, not far from the Central Station.
The whole area covers 90,000 square metres, an entire city block. There are avenues with trees and waterfront eateries.

Malmö Live connects the modern Western Harbour with the old quarter of Gamla Väster.

Clarion Hotel Malmö Live
The Clarion Hotel is part of the area. It has 435 rooms, 9 suites (including a “Zlatan Suite”), a spa and two large restaurants. One of the restaurants is a sky bar on the 25th floor.
